New Year's Resolutions

1. Eat properly and take all of my pills EVERY DAY! Obviously I will slip up on occasion, but I can't let one day throw me off track and become an excuse to fall into bad habits. My new chart on the computer should help with this ( Read more... )

If you like bellydancing, look up Tribal Fusions with Rachel Brice on Amazon. It's a really good belly-dance/yoga hybrid dvd and a great workout!
