so if i get the ending right, hyuk killed hae too? because there are 2 candles and the picture of the both of them. but what got me confused is donghae was still waiting for Hyuk's presence at night. if hae's dead too shouldn't he be able to be with hyuk all the time?

Unfortunately, your guess is a little off ^^;; Donghae was suffering from grief-induced hallucinations that he misinterpreted as dreams (hence how real Hyukjae felt to him). The candles scene can be open to interpretation (i.e. Donghae imagined the two candles, he'd put them there himself whilst sleepwalking, Hyukjae's ghost is actually haunt them like, say a poltergeist and did it), but my goal was to show that even in death, they're still connected to one another. Sorry if you got confused!
