[Zoë dismounted and then laughed as Valentine ran up.] Told you. It was a little closer than I was hoping it'd be, though.

[Zoë laughs again, still exhilarated, and hugs Val back.]

[Of course the Ace is present, it's a challenge in her own Suit after all. She's just quietly waiting off to the side, however, not ever one to throw herself at people.]

[It took a few minutes for her to extract herself from the small crowd at the finish line, but when she did, Zoë made her way to the side, unfastening her riding hat and letting it dangle from her hand as she grins at Anastasia.]
