Well, it's just something I've been wondering about! All I got back was a ring.

That ring must mean a lot to Mami, huh. It'd be horrible to get a broken ring back!

With small things like that, Mami doesn't have to worry. Mayfield gives them back whole! But for bigger, more important things, they give it back piece by piece. Like, hmm... magic!

Ah, so that's how it works! Interesting; that detail wasn't mentioned to me before, just that our things would eventually return to us.

There are some things you never get back, though. [ Your land, your people, your freedom, for example, but Taiwan doesn't elaborate. ] It depends from person to person, but most of the time, they're the ones that matter the most.
