dad's birthday

i'm sending my dad a birthday card today since i won't be seeing him on his birthday (which is thursday). I think i'm just gonna put "I'm sorry you are ashamed of me, but I am proud of the person I've become in adulthood. I won't be seeing you on your birthday but I would like to wish you the happiest of days. Love, Jennifer
