Alright, this is the DEAL: the hdoneshots List is sortable when DL'd and it is shared as is, so you may recc to it whenever and as much as you'd like! Your Reccs will be recorded on the List, don't worry! But you cannot edit the entire doc or sort it when it's 'live', sorry! We had to protect it so Reccs wouldn't be lost or misplaced accidentally:>

As the Googledocs spreadsheet aspect is Moderated, that means this specifically, to you, as a Happy!Reccer:
- If you want to Recc a Fic that's already listed, and have your name added as a Reccer, use the Form. Don't attempt to edit the actual 'live' spreadsheet. The Mods will take care of adding your name and adjusting the number of Reccs per certain fics when we see the duplicate reccs for any one fic. The spreadsheet is shared, and can be edited within limits (by using the Form), but you won't be able to go in and edit specific line items. This is a known issue~~don't worry! We'll deal with it behind the Magic!Curtain!
- If you want to be able to actually edit the spreadsheet, then DL your own copy to your harddrive or flash.Then you may make adjustments as needed for that copy without affecting the 'live' one, shared to all. Just remember, of course, that what you do to your copy will not ever reflect on the 'live' one. You'll need to use the Form to add Reccs there, alright?
- The 5K Run features Reccs of 5,000 words or less. We are touting that caveat in an attempt to nail down those shorter fics that people can't seem to be without! So, please, make your preferences known, as often as you like~~we want you to Recc! The larger the List overall, the more Fandom/OTP Goodness, yes?

- This is a service to you, to the Fandom and to the OTP. We do it from luuuurve, so if there's a serious problem you have developed, please PM tigersilver personally if you must needs vent (I'll listen and pet you!). If it's a regular old question or comment, feel free to comment at the Public Posts (like this one and the one previous).
- Membership in the hdoneshots comm is limited. If you want to contribute something other then Reccs, then please PM me. BUT, it's not necessary to be a Member to Recc! Not at all! And simply Viewing the Comm is just dandy!
