As long as you're 100% sure it's something you want to do, remember, it'll be there forever. Also make sure you get it somewhere hidden. Don't get one on your forearms or neck or something, not sure what the rules for bakers are for tattoos but the last thing you want is a visible tattoo preventing you from getting a job. (Unless you go into pornography, in which case no matter where the tattoo is it might prevent you from getting the job)
