At the back to Hogwarts challenge, we made a team chatzy room. I thought that was really practical for arranging the round robin story and to keep the thread here at LJ a bit tidier. So if that's allowed, I'll create one for us. But if the mods would rather keep everything here on LJ, please let me know :-)
