I read this fic this last week and I had to force myself to put it down and go to work! I loved it! There were one or two things I felt he took broad license with, but one of them resolved itself before the end. It is VERY long (which I love) and it's very AU. However, I did fall in love with the many original characters. I think this was a nice blend of plot-driven and great character development. The length really allows the characters to be fully fleshed out. I was disappointed to see that the author has only done the one H/D fic. But it was an awesome one!
