H/D RELIEF JAPAN FEST UPDATE!
Prompting is now closed and claiming will open on April 3rd! The participation has been amazing (not surprising for our incredible fandom!) and we received 47 V-gifts, which equals $140.53 in donations for Japan Relief! And that is on prompting alone! You guys are AWESOME!!!!!!
And some of you gifted without even prompting. We have 40 prompts available, so be sure to peruse them!
PROMPT LIST
We want this to be a painless fest for everyone, since the primary goal is to raise funds, so the guidelines are less strenuous than for some fests. It will still be an anonymous prompt fest, so if you claim the fic/art will go to your prompter as a gift.
PRIOR TO CLAIMING, PLEASE PURCHASE A V-GIFT FOR JAPAN AND GIFT IT TO THE COMM OR INCLUDE A COMMENT STATING THAT YOU HAVE OTHERWISE DONATED TO JAPAN RELIEF AND WILL EMAIL PROOF OF PAYMENT TO THE MOD ACCOUNT. Each claim will cost one V-gfit or at least a $2.99 donation amount to Japan Relief.
1) Minimum word count for a fic is 500 words. For art we will accept sketches, although we prefer them to be inked for legibility. Anything more elaborate is up to you.
2) Please have all fics beta-read. The mods will be skimming them for readability, but we will not be beta-reading them, nor sending them back for corrections.
3) There are no rating restrictions, but please bear in mind that anything with a "mature" (R to NC-17) rating will be posted under a "mature content" cut and have a "mature content" rating. You must be at least 18 to view this content.
4) Please email your fic as an attached Word document (version doesn't matter) or a .txt or .rtf file.
5) Artwork should be in a .jpg or .gif format.
6) Email completed submissions to hd.relief.mod@gmail.com by June 1, 2011.
7) Please use the uniform header for all submissions. This can be placed at the top of your document or included in the body of the email:
