As this is a Fundraising Fest, each prompt will cost one (1) Japan Aid V-Gift ($2.99 US Dollars). Anyone may prompt as many times as they wish but for each prompt you submit, you must donate one (1) Japan Aid V-Gift to the hd_relief community.
REMEMBER since this is an HD Community, all works of fiction and art should have Harry/Draco as the main pairing!

This will be an anonymous fest where everyone is invited to submit a prompt. Requestors will remain anonymous to the writers/artists until posting. Writers/artists will remain anonymous until the end of the fest. To ensure anonymity, all prompt requests will be screened, then transferred to a separate post for claiming.
