Oh I love this! Excellent job! I don't know why I have such a hard time with shadows and watercolours - it usually comes out too pink. I love Harry's feet (as though he's so shy to even stretch them out and just relax - well with Draco's expression, who could? The little devil).

I'm glad you like the difference in body language between Harry and Draco. With the shadows, I find it works to pick a single colour to be your shadow tone. I tend to use Cobalt Blue and I just build up semi-transparent layers until I have the depth of shadow I want.

What an absolutely unique setting. Obviously, the prompt called for some other kind of space with the palm reading, but still: I never saw Harry and Draco on colourful cushions on a wooden floor. The astrological chart and especially the blue picture of the stars, almost like a window - this is awesome. I lovelovelove Harry's body language, the way he's afraid of and drawn to Draco at the same time. His blushing face is so great. And Draco ... well, you will always suprise me with the many ways you draw him. Achingly beautiful and very different. For some reason I love the eyes, that flirty if anxious look. And thank you for the bare feet, you are fulfilling a kink of mine :-). Thank you so much for drawing

I'm glad you enjoyed the picture and thanks for the lovely comment. You always thrill me by pointing out and appreciating all the little things that I put thought into when I worked on the piece.

I loved the idea of Draco's astronomy tower as a simple, peaceful place but also containing luxurious and exotic silks and soft cushions. I'm glad you liked his bare feet. Though Divinity!Draco is quite a step removed from my more hard-edged vision of Draco I did think he would enjoy dressing eccentrically and not giving a damn ;)
