The work colleagues of Draco's who cared about him far more than he knew. The Aurors, so full of Gryffindor spirit that they ready to revolt rather than be forced to do the wrong thing. Luna, who I adore but cannot write for the life of me, was well done -- and I love her and Neville together (Hannah who?)
And George...that moment with him and Percy towards the end was lovely. If anyone had reason to avenge Fred's death it was him, and yet he was still prepared to do the right thing.
Narcissa was beautifully written -- she always reminds me something of a Lioness defending her cub when it comes to Draco. I'm not sure she'd appreciate the Gryffindoresque comparison, but I think it stands. I suspect Abernathy of having a bit of a crush!
Also, you absolutely made me feel sorry for Rowle at the end there. Not sure how, but you did.
And finally, one other line that made me grin like an idiot at the mental image it presented:

Thoroughly enjoyed this story. Loved all the political intrigue and the supporting cast, also I have a soft spot for Ron. You've cheered up my very boring, alcohol-less New Year's Eve! Well done, Mystery!Author ;-)
