Eee! I loved this to itty bitty pieces. It's lovely, and reminds me so so so much of Narnia, when the redeemed Edmund watches Peter fighting. What a beautiful resonant image!

I think it's an interesting contrast between Draco's concern for his line (something he's been trained to respect) and his wanting to be with Harry. The two can't very well coexist in the same universe, and I'd be curious to see that conflict fleshed out. Everyone else is right, this would make a great longer piece!

hmm, interesting point. i'm consciously not planning ahead here, seeing what happens when the next prompt comes out, so i'm not sure how i'll deal with that. obviously, draco has this priority of continuing the malfoy line, but it's a mystery to me, too, how that'll work out. i'll try not to get too out there, with mpreg and threesomes (although... hehe)
