Claiming for the 2015 Harry/Draco Art Fest is
NOW OPEN!
Claiming will remain open until October 1st!
All prompt claims should be made as comments on this post.
If they are made anywhere else they will not be accepted.
You may ask someone (or email the mods) to claim for you by proxy.
All prompts are identified with a Prompt Number. You may claim a First, Second and Third choice. If your first choice has not been claimed yet, you get it; if it has, you'll get your second or third, depending on which is still available.
To claim a prompt, simply copy the following template, fill in the required fields, and post it in a comment. Please do not put anything in the subject line of your comment. All comments will be screened.

Claimers will receive a prompt confirmation email, along with a copy of the prompt, and other relevant information, as soon as their claim is processed. Please respond to the email to accept your assigned prompt.
We will be sending the prompt confirmation emails and marking prompts as claimed as quickly as we can. You can check which prompts are still available on the prompt perusal list.[Other information]

- Mods can be reached at hdfanart@gmail.com.
- You may claim a second prompt after you’ve submitted your first art entry (before the 1st of October).
- Everyone is welcome to participate but we only accept NC-17 works from artists who are at least 18 years of age.
- Art created must be new and drawn specifically for the Fest.
- Artists will remain anonymous - your piece should NOT be signed or posted anywhere else until after the Reveal.
- Submission deadlines: 7th October (new participants) or 14th October (returning participants).
- Posting will begin on November 1st!
