Summary: Commodore Malfoy has not been sleeping well for the last...well, it's been a while. Faced with a night of insomnia and worry, will he ever find a way to slow his racing mind?
Notes: Title and a bit of the feel of the comic's dialogue was inspired by Norah Jones' "Chasing Pirates". NGL, I've been waiting for a prompt like this so that I can do my epic H/D PotC AU story and the prompt really lent itself to my nefarious purposes! Inspiration for Draco comes from my beloved Commodore Norrington (only the first PotC movie exists in my mind!). Inspiration for Harry comes from the Dread Pirate Roberts (aka Buttercup's Wesley), because I tried to put him in Capt. Jack Sparrow's clothing and Draco just laughed and laughed. Many thanks to the betas (you know who you are!!!) and most especially, thanks to the gracious and amazing mods (how do you keep putting up with me?!)
