I know this particular promo's been seen on various bits of merchandise, but never in full-form. However, the fine folks at UHP got a shot of a stand at a store of Harry, wand in hand, which can be seen below.

Hmm, good question. I went and asked UHP, so hopefully they'll know.

I saw yesterday that this supermarket (Carrefour) is selling little Harry Potter character figurines to place on top of cakes, so that's what it might be.

They didn't seem to be anything new, though, from the brochures.
