so it is my expert opinion that either Ol' Man Winter has either died, or gone completely senile, as there is no signs of winter here in Syracuse, (a.k.a THE SNOW BELT) or over much of the north east. yet, snow is in abundance in the west. it's kinda creepy, but being the one who is not a big fan of winter i can't complain. Its been raining all day
