The damnedest thing. Every time I sneeze I get this odd feeling in my stomach like I'm going to be sick first. This is something that's only happened to me in the past few weeks and I've never noticed it happening before. At least I'm still losing weight. Was 88kg on the 19th of last month, was 86kg this morning. I'm presuming this is actually a sign of good as opposed to ill health...

So my blood pressure was 180 on 130 on Monday. It was 140 on 95 on Thursday. It was 130 on 88 on Saturday. And it was 150 on 110 today. Dear God but I am so fucking tired of being sick.
