I've been a Beatles fan my entire life (no choice in the matter, really, thanks to a dutifully-obsessed Boomer brother) and a Potterphile for the last four years or so, so you'd THINK I would have noticed this sooner.

hello xD I found your profile in the beatleslash group.
I'm also a fan of both - beatles and hp. MY favorite hp character is Severus Snape, obviously. And Lupin, yes.
well, I've seen many beatle fans who like HP books! but the other way round? Hm. It would be awesome if ALL the hp fans were also beatle peps, right? ;)

I can't even recall how I've just stumbled across this but I have to say: the HELL you talking 'bout?!?! Sirius is quite obviously a hot piece of ass.

Okay, sure, Snape's got that whole "Don't you want to just screw me senseless because I'm so naughty?" thing going on, but Sirius has um... sunken cheeks and matted hair. Hot stuff, no?

Oh, sure. Pretty-boy-turned-vampire certainly works as a visual. But as a character? Grrr. HATE him. HATE James Potter. HATE Wormtail. My unofficial motto as regards the Marauders is "Seventy-five percent asshole, fifty percent dead." xD

As you can see, the "Snape's Worst Memory" chapter of Order of the Phoenix pretty much scarred me for life.

"Snape's Worst Memory" has got to be one of my favourite chapters of the entire series. Creepy, loner teenage Snape is so enticing isn't he?

So does Lupin get out of your Marauders hate because he's the only non-ass in the chapter? Or is it something way more fun like you have an odd kink for werewolves?

I've got to say (in the most respectful way of course :P) that you're insane. I love the Marauders. Well, except for Wormtail of course.

I knew you were a Snape fan (I think we both admired one of madharlequin's Snape icons together) and I was delighted to hear it. Isn't it...freaky, though? I mean, think about it. Severus Snape. Paul McCartney. Severus Snape, Paul McCartney. Harley, dinette set, Harley, dinette set...

We are two freaked-out wiggy chicks. I guess neither of us was kidding when we were all, "Paul's my ONLY fandom pretty boy, I swear!"

And now I keep wondering how many people I'm friends with in this Beatleslash fandom that I might have known in my previous incarnation as "Severely Snapped."

It's true, though! I never like the pretty boys. Ever. John is, physically, MUCH more my type. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that The Beatles are actually, y'know, REAL. Like, much as I dig the dark characters, in real life I do tend to go for safe guys. So, between John and Paul... I'll take the one who doesn't hit and loves babies, thank you very much.

Though of course it's gratifying to know Paul isn't as sunshine-cuddley as he seems. >:D And that he's a notoriously great fuck.

There's still the "pretty" factor, though. I'm still not quite sure how I came by this helpless lust for him. Soft jawline? Chipmunk-cuteness? Small, exquisite nose? Those are usually huge turn-offs for me. *sigh* I guess Paul's just special.

Hi =)... sorry I couldn't resist to comment on this hehe but I love John, and Paul, AND Sirius hahaha (You're gonna hate me now xD) I don't know, I just fell for Sirius... xD.... but I'm not into HP like I was when I was 16/17... but I still like it =) oh well, I was wondering if I can add ya to my friends hehe :D
