*hugs you*

It was crap. No other word for it.

I had been hoping for a heroic death, him running to the castle to tell the gang that Vaysey was back from the dead and then dying in someone's arms knowing that they didn't think that he had betrayed them again and what did he ultimately get? That total fuck up of a death scene.

Good point about Spineless by the way. I didn't think that highly of him either and yet I found his death way more touching than Marian's incredibly sappy ending.

AND...nasty thoughts of pointy things to the person that spoiled it for you! The bastard!

*hugs back*

I know, how much harder would have been for them to give him a proper final moment? It wouldn't have taken any more time, effort, or budget... just, you know, some thought. I guess that's asking too much.

How Lucy played Marian's reaction was SO touching. I didn't cry over Eddie, but I did cry for Marian. And at least he had some nice last words (better than "...you!")

Asking the writers to put any thought into anything this series would be asking too much I think...

*sighs* Thank you for this post - very interesting reading, and I so totally agree with you.

I hope the person who left the message on the guestbook gets a really horrible attack of diarhoea at the most embarrassing moment possible.

OMG THEY KILLED ALLAN! *excuses self for a long, long moment*

How could they do that? I haven't even watched since Series 2 but Allan..*wibble* That's so horrible. Screw you Robin Hood BBC, I'll continue to live in the gloriousness that was Series 1.

As for that person @ the guest book...well,curses to them.

Hope I didn't ruin anything for you? I knew I couldn't vow not to watch S3, but I knew I'd been severely disappointed, and so I am.

I am a spoiler fiend so it doesn't matter to me if I know or not. I do know however that I'm not exactly thrilled with the way Show has gone so I don't think I will be watching :/

i can honestly say i prob wouldn't recommend it... i've forced ravenclaw82 to watch s2, and wil make her go back and rewatch s1, but i will never make her watch s3 (which i'm sure she appreciates)

s3 did have its moments, there were some scenes and episodes (a very few episodes) that i did enjoy that might stand alone, but i was certainly never pleased overall.

Well, I'm done with RH. It's been a crap show as of late anyway, but man I'm going to miss seeing Joe. Boo.

And whoever spoiled it for you deserves to be pulled apart by wild horses.

yeah, Allan and Much were the last good bits left...

Hopefully this frees Joe up for plenty more!
