42 Miscellaneous icons (clearout!)

I was sorting through my icon folders recently and realised just how many icons I'd never got around to posting out of sheer laziness! So I've gathered them all together in one random mess in the hopes that some of them may find new homes. :) Some of these are 3 years old and a few are from icontests, I think.
