It raises a funny but valid point about who breeds in this country and who doesnt.

Still, I'm sick of this apologizing for all the past wrongs that have ever been done to anyone. Eugenics was the law of the land in many places in the US, with sterilization of the mentally infirm quite common. His views were not at all uncommon for the times in which he lived.
