So, after spending weeks looking at The Dress every fifteen minutes, I finally called up some bridal salons and, through some effort, found one within a 50-mile-radius who carried it. 2) Somewhere someone with a supply of these dresses is willing to pay money for pictures of women who look good in it.
3) You're willing to have pictures taken of you in interesting clothing for money.
4) You want this dress.
5) You [apparently] look better in it than she does - enough to cause a Scene.
6) Profit!
