Jewelry clearout

I'm trying to make room. I need to get this crap off of my shelves. Anything here, $5. More detailed pictures are all in my journal, and I'd be happy to link them if anyone wants. These are just taking up space and falling into disrepair.

Uhhhh. I don't know what you mean by note you. I may be being dense. I don't know. Anyway I sent payment just now. If you can't get the address from paypal I can email it to you or message it through lj or something.

are the pearls real? (ie the freshwater kind from michaels in the jewelry making dpt?)

They're actually dyed saltwater. Freshwater pearls are potato-shaped. =)

I can't see shape that well in the pic (mostly because I refuse to wear glasses when I am on the computer, but that is my fault) I'll take the pearls :-) You gonna be around tomorrow after 6? I get off work at 6 and can drop by your apt or WPI or Worcester area location of choice.

If you want, I can leave it in an envelope in the basket on my door, and you can just slip the $5 into my mailbox.

oh, and it isn't that freshwater pearls are potato shaped and salt water are round. It is actually that freshwater pearls (at least on the jewelry crafting level) are all cultured and are mass produced cheeply thus the quality of the pearl is minimalized by its lopsided shape. All cultured pearls tend to have a more lopsided shape to them, unless they are well crafted. They can make both salt and freshwater pearls the lovely rounded pearl shape, however it is a mark of higher quality pearl.

(I am a pearl nut... tis my birthstone) I use to own a string of mikimoto pearls... sigh... they were so beautiful.

I'm not sure, then. The person who gave them to me just said "pearls" and they're seamless and heavy, so I'm not sure what grade/origin they are.
