I dunno if you've been told this before, but you have an amazing capacity to capture character's personalities. I'm always really amazed at the variety, and even if it seems like a simple thing, I really enjoy it. From Shinra to Avalanche, I really, vehemently approve. ^^

oh noez! the drama! the suspense! D: OMG, Reeve! The way this chapter ended is quite a contrast to how it started. I wouldn't have guessed that that would've happened. =/ Poor Rufus... Tseng, where art thou...?

I'm glad you updated this fic, I'm very fond of Empire. You have excellent characterization here. Poor Cloud, never gets a chance to live a peaceful family life. And worried, confused Rufus, helped by his Turks. And Reeve and Tseng stuck together. Oh, what will happen next? Who's behind the attack?! Nice work!
