Oh, damn. I've never been on the edge of my seat over political fic before. You have wonderfully developed a complex diversity of opinion so far on the Mako issue. Yes, yes, lives would be lost without power... the weather would be changing because of the recent upheaval of all that shit in the air meteor must have kicked up...

This can get better when I pay more attention to the flows and the technicalities, as well as things like CLICHE DIALOGUE, which I am so guilty of. But plot-wise, I'm really quite happy with it :D.

I am no longer all angry about being awake early! Zack! Reeve! Mentions of Dark Nation! And I so love when Rufus loses his cool. And ESPECIALLY when he is being difficult. ♥

^_^ A lot of these questions are going to be answered in the next chapter (unless they get spilt over to the one after that again.) I was going to address Rufus' findings in this chapter, until it turned out to be a 4000+ word monster, and I decided it would have more dramatic impact later.

And if he's voted out, we all know who'll probably be voted in as his replacement.
