Easter weekend part II
Oh my god! How much fun have I had?! Not long after updating my blog, I text Joo, suggesting that we go out for a mooch in town - I had a few things to buy. What a mistake ;)! We take a trip to HMV, Joo finds the Die Hard Trilogy for £15, so we decide that it'd be a good idea to watch that in the evening. Then I suggested we go to buy some Kahlua (spelling??) so we can watch the Big Lebowski too.
Went to ASDA as none of the supermarkets in Lancaster sell bloody Kahlua and bought bits for dinner. I also figure it's better to stay at Joo's for the night. Soon enough, I'm a Joo's, pizza's in the oven and the drinks are poured. A good night of movie watching, then to sleep relatively early - only 2am.
On Sunday we just pissed about watching Die Hard 2, (which I had never seen before, weirdly), playing X-box, shithead and the like. Finally, at about 5pm, I suggest we enjoy the evening and find a pub garden to enjoy a few bevvies. Taking it easy, right??
Well, things didn't turn out like that AT ALL. We were in the Lounge were they had 2 4 1 cocktails (a bad sign already) and we bought 2, passing time before we went to watch a movie. Bought a pack of cards with us, so started playing. After one round of shithead, a couple ask us if we know blackjack. Several rounds of blackjack and more cocktails follow. We play Pontoon for a bit, with the penalty being a flash of the arse out of the window!!! :$ We all did it once.
Then we went to Keystones to roll a joint and smoke it by the door. This is the main road that goes to the Police Station, I'd like to point out! Joo somehow is waaaaay drunker than me, Jim and Rachel, our new drinking buddies, leave and I got have a chat with the barmen for a bit. When I get back, Joo's swaying a little and tells me she wants to go home. Neither of us have eaten for a while, so we stop at the kebab shop first. Not such a good idea as Joo voms into the chiptray. The guys in the shop were really nice about it though! Turns out she had vomm'ed in the pub too!
I take her back to mine as it is way closer and I can keep an eye on her. She's sick a few mroe times before passing out on my bed. I wind up sleeping on the floor with a sleeping bag and pillow. We wake again at about 4am and have a chat before sleeping more until 11am!!
It was such fun. These two strangers we met were funny, amusing and such a great laugh! I can't believe what a great night we had! It was stupidly short too, we had both passed out before 11pm. It's those unplanned nights that are without a doubt, the best ever. A great finish to an Easter weekend. I swear that I am actally going to start revision again soon...
