... Earlier today I found out my Nephew Lewis isn't actually my Nephew at all. My Brother Christopher's ex-GF had basically been lying to us about whether Chris was actually the Father or not. We wasn't really sure if he was the Father when we first met the girl so he went and had the necessary tests which he got back this morning and he is clear

How old is Lewis and how long have you been in his life? Is it recent or has it been a while? If it's been a while, you could still be his Uncle Haydn. You don't have to be blood related to be an uncle, ya know? :)

He will be 2 in September. I have seen him twice since the birth - The girl, like I said is very unstable and basically threatened my brother alot with "if you don't do as I say, u wont see your son" and my bro is just like me - threaten me and I wont play ball. Simple.

The boy wouldn't even know me - so in some respects I haven't really lost anything but it's sad to know that this girl could so such a thing. Silly cow.

What's really sad is the suffering the child may have had to deal with. First if she's telling him your brother is his father... then the games of "Oh Daddy won't see you because ______" or something similar. The child is innocent in this, and he gets the most hurt.

Your absolutely right... and I so feel sorry for Lewis because he will grow up and have absolutely no idea who is father is. If the girl doesn't know who the father is even after pinning the responsibility on my brother.. then who knows?! Grrr...

yeah, i think you're right...it kinda doesn't matter what she/your brother had, but just as long as this doesn't effect Lewis in the long run, then it should all be ok. He's the one that's going to be effected the most by it all, i guess...
but as for your brother changing his no. etc....whoa, she's obsessed...:S
