.. Oh yes! Today I was going through my stuff and I found an old print out of my weight from the Boots weighing scales and it said:

Your weight on 08/06/05

84.6 Kg - This is approximately 13 Stone 4 lbs.

.... Well I can say that my official weight now is:

72.5 Kg - This is approximately 11 Stone 3 lbs.

Thats such a huge achievement ( Read more... )
