Hi people :) As said I need your help to make a lovely banner for our userinfo page!

Please, read the rules carefully.

♥ Rules
o1. No animation allowed.
o2. Banner size MUST be 200 (wide) x 400 (high).

Look, the header size has to be 200 wide and 400 high, I am sorry if it wasn't clear :(

sorry i thought it was the wrong way around as they are usually about that size
