So pixiepilot and I went to a con this weekend. Not a very big con, but adequate. We had a VERY good location (near the dealer's room).

My friend sells art in Artist's Alley, and I help out. It's way more fun than just attending, especially at small cons like AMA where there are no real major events.:)

Sounds better than anything we've ever had. All KC has is about two COMIC conventions, one (maybe the other does too know, I don't know) with maybe two or three booths that have anything Japanese import related (and those booths usually have more Chinese pirates than the real thing. ;-
