Hello again! And thank you so much for voting for And We All Fall Down for best characterisation of Pansy. I must admit, I’m really thrilled that all you seem to love her in this fic as much as I do. She leapt from my keyboard fully formed and was the easiest of all the characters to write.

The Last time I read a fic where I absolutely adored Pansy was in "Broken" by inadaze22. I had always hated her but the writer's perspective in the story completely changed my view and I fell in love with Pansy momentarily. SO I am definitely in support of Rumaan here, Pansy does need a chance. And the fact that she too portrayed Pansy differently makes me even more determined to check out her story (I am ashamed I haven't done yet). Fantastic interview.. Wishing her many more successes in future writing!! :)

Congratulations! Again! You're on a roll. ;) I agree with you that it's not fair how Pansy and Lavender are often treated in fanfiction. Those sexy male Slytherins get all the breaks! And it's always so much more interesting when they aren't portrayed as one dimensional. Pansy and Lavender are both great characters! I think I will try to be more conscious of how I write them in the future. :)

Hahahaha thanks. I'm yet to truly tackle Lavender. I tend to go with the easy option of killing her off in the Battle of Hogwarts but I loved how Sage wrote her in The Fallout. It was the first time I read a sympathetic portrayal of her. And I loved her in your Advent fic. She was great (as was Pansy in Witches World).

Thank you. :) And yeah, I think Lavender has it much worse than Pansy. I didn't like her very much before I wrote her for Advent. But the fun thing about secondary characters is that they have ultimate possibilities. And it's a fun challenge to make unlikeable characters likeable. :)
