Congratulations, Rumaan!!! Featured Story - woo hoo!! :)

I like to think that nothing would break the friendship bond Harry, Ron and Hermione have. To go through what they did, I’m of the opinion that they could weather anything - even Dramione! I completely agree. I love the Harry Potter books for many reasons, including their focus on friendship, love and loyalty. I personally dislike portrayals of Evil Ron or Cheating Ron etc. in fics. I mean, the guy's Patronus is a terrier - dog loyalty!!

SO nosy question - how close is this fic to finished? (And you shouldn't feel bad about 13 chapters in a year - that's one a month - and the muse is just stubborn sometimes, plus you've written fest fics!)

Agreed! Ron might show some less than stellar qualities at times (but who doesn't!) but he would never turn completely on Hermione or Harry. Sometimes my plot bunnies demand I play up his least likable characterisations but I try and always have a reconciliation at the end!

As for the end of TAM - to be honest, I have no idea! I'm meant to be writing chapter 15 but am writing my Dramione Remix instead and stupidly contemplating a pinch-hit for O&F - aghhh someone stop me!

I think Ron showing some less than steller qualities but then coming through in the end is very canon - and very realistic. Yay, for reconciliation!

I was just curious. I admire anyone who writes and posts a WIP. I'm too afraid everything will change as I go (edits to Chapter 1 months later) so I don't post anything til it's done. Plus, I'm always writing for fests - including pinch hitting for O&F and Remix. :)

Hahaha I used to be able to write a lot more and post a chapter a week for other WIPs but with this story, it's been problematic. I think I'll look to get something completed and betaed before starting to publish again.

And I discovered fests *sigh*

One of my favorite story, to read!! Congrats, on your success-on your fan fiction, The Accidental Malfoy. I have probably read most of your stories, on the many HP fanfic sites, that I am a member of.
