Was up uber early today, partly due to the fact that my alarm didn't go off yesterday and Jack had to wake me. Last night I was so paranoid about the damn alarm that I was up often. *sigh* My alarm went off on time and I was downstairs doing step aerobics by 5:40am -- and Tweeting. Tweeting is not easy while stepping! LOL

Gee I am wondering if that's what my Nephew will have to deal with (he started LaCrosse this week). I am sorry to hear EJ lost but there is always the rest of the season. I keep rooting for her team though.
I was barely outside today but when I was it was cold. i was glad to be inside.
Having to get used to New Docs is not easy but I am sure you will find someone that fits you perfectly.
have a great sleep and look forward to hearing from you soon.

With all that's going on at work, it's no wonder you are tired.

Can your insurance company dictate which doctor you can see? It can if I want them to pay anything. If I see someone else, it's all out of pocket and everything "medical" is so expensive!

See here we pay a medicare levy on out taxable income each year and we are covered for most medical costs. If you go to the Doctor (of your choice) you only pay a small portion of the cost, Medicare pays the rest. I spent 14 weeks in a public hospital and paid not one cent for treatment, tests or medication. You only need private health insurance if you want to be treated in a private hospital. And we have a prescription benefits scheme that is government funded and you pay no more than $26.00 for a prescription, no matter the full cost. If you are umnemployed, on a disability or an old age pensioner , you pay no more than $5.40 for a presription and nothing for Doctor's fees unless it's a specialist and then you pay 15% of the fee, the government the rest.
We are pretty lucky.
