Notes : I had to make up a name for the secondary character in this fic, and given how little we know in canon, I suppose it could be considered an OC.

... there is no tag for Danno/OC or Danno/minor unnamed in canon character, so sorry if the tags are misleading. I included the Steve/Danny one since a past or very messed up current relationship is implied.

I'm 99.99% positive they DID give Savannah's camera operator a name in the show, even though I don't think we physically saw him. She looked into/at his camera as if to talk to him multiple times, as I remember, & she referred to him as TODD. So there was an actual character name for him you *could* have used instead of making 1 up. Just saying.

I was trying to remember and checked a few sites without finding anything. I thought she might have yelled his name when the camera went out so I found that scene online and watched it, but no name and the closed captions just listed "cameraman" for his lines. I'll have to review some of the earlier scenes when I get a chance. Not like it can't be changed in the story.

Very nice. I like the outsider (soon to be insider?) view of Danny, and the hints of vibe Mike mentioned between Danny and Steve. :( that they weren't happy for Danny, though. I want those two crazy kids to work it out ... except I also like Mike. :)

Thank you. I love me some McDanno like nobody's business, but I wanted the "unseen but still more interesting to me than the guest star" character to have a shot. So, for the purposes of this fic, I decided that they took a shot at romance, confirmed that Steve is just too emotionally screwed up for an adult relationship and slipped back into Bromance With Daddy Issues. ;-) Don't worry, they still have love, and if I ever wrote a sequel, Mike and Cath could commiserate about how double dates feel more like Danny and Steve's date that they get to tag along on.

This was very imaginitive using the camera man as OC and then Danny, I have never read a story like this. I think you pulled it off just wonderfully. Thank you for sharing your work, I enjoyed the read.

I love that idea. Well done with the awkward... And you're right. Most camera men for a talk show would not cope with being shot at like that.
