The creepiest part is Doris breaking in while they're sleeping to make breakfast. First of all, since both of his parents are legally dead, it's technically Steve's house. Also, it's been broken into so many times those probably aren't the original locks, and (unless he gave her a key), she'd also have to override the security system.

With the number of incidents (break-ins, kidnappings, murders/attempted murders) in the last few years,that's a really good way to yourself get shot.
