If I were to make icons/manga colourings/whatever in return for donations to help with Zelman's vet bill, do any of you think anyone would be interested? This past weekend the bill got to around $1000, and tomorrow we're taking him for an ultrasound + whatever else the exotic pet vet (FINALLY -- the emergency vets didn't know shit about ferrets) thinks is necessary. Dad paid for everything, but money has been really tight, and... if things turn out to cost a lot more, we might not be able to afford to pay to keep him alive for much longer and... I wouldn't be able to handle him dying well, period, but if he dies because of money issues, that would just be... yeah...
I wish there was free health care for animals, too.
