30 Days of Writing Meme - Day 23 + Pimping a new fic journal
I know I've pimped neierathima to you before. I love her crazy crazy brain - hey, if I didn't, I wouldn't be pestering her to take part in the polyamorous big bang! She's finally given in and started a fic journal. She's still getting herself set up, but she's transferred over a bunch of completed stories. Go check it out, and encourage the ficsomeness!

23. How long does it usually take you to complete an entire story-from planning to writing to posting (if you post your work)?
Ummmmmm. I don't really know, to be honest. I'm still building up my daily word counts, and suffer more days not writing than I care for, and occasionally have to put a project down a couple weeks at a time. I can usually manage at least 500 words per writing session, sometimes up over 1k words. One of my Sweet Charity fics (woo, noir) took me roughly 3 months to write and is a little shy of 7k words total. I'm embarassingly slow at this...
Although sometimes a story will take hold and bam start to finish, done. :shrugs:
