Hi! Since I have fallen off the face of the earth for what seems like forever, I thought this was the perfect opportunity to say thanks for all the work you have put in behind the scenes with provideleverage.

I've also saved your Elsewhere Vancouver stories and caught you over on comment_fic too.

Good luck with the Certification, I did that once myself many moons ago.

I also had the task of proofreading anything that came out of the Communications Department during my stint off the dance floor at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet.

Someone there taught me the trick of going over things backwards to catch anything I missed the first time around.

I wish I was still connected in Communications and could provide an 'in', but alas the only place that I have an 'in' with these days is the hospital.

I'm good reasonably good at proofreading and editing (or so elebridith keeps telling me, despite how long it takes me to edit for her sometimes, she refuses to switch to another beta) but it's kind of discouraging being capable, being certified, and still not being applicable without a damn degree... Fingers crossed though right? Something will work... eventually. :)

I can't believe you still remember the EV stuff, though. I keep hoping to go back to it (I did a little of the past Dave/Chris stuff for chatona in the Christmas presents, I can't remember now who's commented) but there's just tooooooo many writing projects. Can't complain though. I'd rather have too many ideas than none any day!
