Holy Shit was this ever hot. I've never watched "Burn Notice" but I know full well who Jeffrey Donovan is. I used to watch him as Jarod's brother on "The Pretender".

He and Eliot make a nice pairing. LOL! From what little I know of him I should say I guess.
