I just spent the last half hour doing the online technical assistance with Sprint.

Again.

However. I now have a fully functional and activated LG Rumor. It's got a QWERTY keyboard that sorta flips out with a very satisfying noise and feel and the background (for the moment) is a koi pond with animated fish. And the weight is positively lovely
