So, right, just as I made a big ranty post about House.. the season premiere has me back to loving it. This may be a temporary thing. But for the moment.. I had a lot of fun with it tonight. Either the writers heard a lot of the same complaints that I had, or they are better than I gave them credit for. Either way, I hope they continue to not piss

Your comments about House made me go back to read your previous rant - which I enjoyed very much. I have very mixed feelings about the show on several levels - I love House's sharp, witty dialogue but it doesn't seem to be matched by intelligent scripting for the other characters.

Since I find the show intriguing but flawed, I am enjoying seeing the comments of those who are its fans, to analyze what does and doesn't work about it, for me.

Some of the characters can match House, sometimes. I always like Wilson, and I frequently like Foreman and Cuddy. Chase.. sometimes. Cameron is crap. It makes me hopeful, at least, to see that I actually enjoyed the season premiere and didn't find much in it to complain about. Maybe this season will be awesome. I hope so. We'll see.

I'll be interested in hearing what you think as the season progresses. I hope it does progress, but I have a certain faith in it. Not where Cameron and Stacey are concerned, though.
