Hi there! I don't know if this is allowed or not, but I'd like to advertise for fowl_things , an Artemis Fowl community for everything from fanart to fanfiction to general discussion. Come join and spread the word! Let's keep this fandom alive.

How do you join? I've tried going to your 'about' page and there's no join or even post options. I can't comment at the journal because I'm not a friend. But I would like to join this community, it seems like a fun place and we do need to keep the Fowl Fandom alive

Join the way you join any comm:

1) Login to your account.

2)Then go to http://community.livejournal.com/fowl_things/profile

3) Look on the right hand side, click join.

4) Also, check the "watch" box if you'd like to have updates put on your friends page.

there should be a bar at the top of the community's main page that gives you the option to either join or post, but for some reason, there isn't. i'm gonna assume that's because of the layout. however, after joining, you can still make posts to any community you're in this way:

go to make a post:
http://www.livejournal.com/update.bml

where it says "post to:" select from the dropdown box, "fowl_things", compose your post and simply submit.
