Well, first off I WON THE MOOT! Was so pleased with myself, managed to argue everything and answered all the questions thrown at me by the judge (think he was a barrister - either way he definately wasn't a criminal lawyer, he had no idea what the correct answer was so went on strength of arguments + advise from the 2nd year) and personally I think
