They tend to have a dozen plans for crushing the insolent fools and a tenuous grasp on everything else, like what day of the week it is or what function pants serve.

Good question. The police officer. The mayor. The milkman is not, but seems to be enjoying himself all the same. And some little girl...I haven't bothered to know her name.
