Oh, I love this! LOVE IT! It's funny and snarky and I can perfectly see young Ianto - all sullen and resentful and still falling for Jack and Jack for him. You are so clever with words and your characterisations are wonderful. This is so fantastic! *saves to delicious*

I love this story! I've been thinking lately how I'd love to know how a drifter from the Estates ended up in London working for Torchwood One. It's such a pity we never got the find out the canon answer to that, but yours is great! I love fanfics that explore the premise that Jack and Ianto have had/will have some connections in the past (or future, or future-past...). It would actually explain a lot.

Love this background to Ianto, it really suits. The way Jack & Ianto cross paths is facinating, and lots of fun. I love the way that you've explained the EyeCandy nickname. Really like the way that the interactions in canon have the seeds in this - thanks for sharing, it's brillant :D

Thank you! I had a ton of fun writing it, too! Coming up with all kinds of little references to canon throughout was probably the best part. I got to a point where I basically decided there was no such thing as too many coincidences and just ran with it!
