This. This right here. Oh my god. What a good idea. You are nine kinds of brilliant. I love it so much. Rory as the Lone Centurian was just amazing all on its own, but adding Jack, making it two immortals -- perfect. Absolutely wonderful. Well done.

fjkdjflkds so glad you liked it! I was sort of worried actually that stuffing Jack in there would cheapen the whole "Lone Centurion" thing, actually. And then I realized that my muse or my plot bunny or whatever twee personification you prefer DOESN'T CARE ABOUT MY THOUGHTS and I wrote it anyway and I just tried to include whatever pathos I could.

So thank you, thank you, thank you. :)
