Heilsa!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who came to the Munson stead Saturday for our son's birthday and the first-ever public Haukafell Blot! What we had originally thought would be a small, informal gathering, quickly became quite a to-do. It was a great time, to say the least.

As for E....I think your wife summed it up that she and Miss M could be seriously dangerous in the future. I'm excited to see what they come up with...also a little terrified.

Thanks for including us. Seems we could have visited forever, but alas all good things come to an end, and we are looking forward to the next time our paths cross. Hopefully that's soon!

We were sorry you were ill as well. I imagine it was really hard for you to miss it. I hope you're feeling better now.

We're looking forward to Ostara. It's on our calendar nestled nicely between Alban Eiler and the beginning of April!

We had a great time, too!! Glad everyone enjoyed the dip. :) The kids had a blast also, as they usually do...and I think we acquired our first embarrassing story to tell NA's future dates ;) Good to know that our children do not lack in imagination, anyway.

I didn't realize there would be a thread about the festivities.

Please accept my tardy, yet still heart-felt congratulations on an excellent event. I am most appreciative that you included me. Now, I seem to have missed out on Curt's dip, but maybe that's because I zeroed right in on Chris' "Cowboy Cavier". :)

I was telling a work colleague about Haukefell, simply in terms of what I did over the weekend (don't worry, she's what you might call "pagan/alt-spirit sympathetic, LOL), and I lifted a description of Haukefell from the "About Us" page on the website. Afterwards ... I noticed the blog link ... So I followed it ... and decided to leave a post.

I don't do much with LJ. I just have the account so I can keep up with friends and associates who do use it.

(BTW: Nice Strongbad avatar! I have a Strongbad decal on my vehicle, and he will soon be joined by The Cheat!).
