i don't know how much you lost, but you look great in any measure!
i wonder though, what makes you think you cannot eat pasta. if you want a light sauce (say, tomato sauce - yuck) you can eat it without worrying too much (if you eat light the rest of the day). if you want a rich sauce (cream sauce, yum!) than enjoy yourself, and then do some workout the next day and go right back to track. you are allowed to break your diet every once in a while. if i didnt treat myself to a weekly cake, pasta etc, i would have given up ages ago.
It would be more difficult for me to eat small amount of pasta than not eating pasta at all.
Also, since it's an almost-no-carbs diet, the minute my body will receive a rich amount of it, it'll stock it up for future use (after all - it's desperate and must assume by now that a second ice age has occured). I don't exercise, btw. I think giving up pasta is a big enough torture.
That, in fact, is *not* the only photograph available. I have, right here, a photo of you with a turkish mustache. You look quite fetching, actually, if one's preferences are for mustachioed women.
I think the internet needs this picture. Let's see what I can do to help it...
That *was* my appalled face. They were singing "MI HOEV OTHACH YOTER MIMENI?" which is an appalling song to begin with. Not to mention the creative interpertation of the singer .

The catch is that I can't eat pasta again - unless I want to regain all the weight I've lost.
But we could meet over coffee...

I rather like it, or at least am not overcome by the urge to tear it up - and that's saying a lot.
A trip would be great. I'll be on vacation from Rosh Hashana 'till after Yom Kipur and we could plan a trip during that time.

And not nearly as appalled as one should in a karaoke night (work related, no less...)
